Terms of purchase

1. Reseintyg365 offers Covid-19 tests for people who need a certificate for travel or other purposes. By ordering and using our services, you accept our terms of purchase and undertake to comply with them.

2. Ordering tests can be done via our website or by visiting the clinic us by phone or e-mail. Payment is made in advance via Klarna or on the spot by card. 

3. We strive to deliver test results within the promised time at the time of sampling. We cannot guarantee that this is always possible, but we will do our best to achieve this goal. The test results are sent to the customer digitally.

4. Cancellation of ordered appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the booked sampling occasion. In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the booked sampling occasion, no refund will be issued and the customer will be invoiced if unpaid. In case of cancellation earlier than 24 hours, the payment will be refunded to the customer.

5. Reseintyg365 is not responsible for delays in the delivery of test results or for loss of revenue or costs that may occur due to such delays. The customer is responsible for finding out exactly what applies and what type of test is valid for the country you are going to.

6. We handle personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation (GDPR). By ordering a service from us, you agree to our processing of your personal data.

7. Any disputes between Reseintyg365 and the customer must primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If this does not lead to a solution, the dispute can be submitted to the General Complaints Board or another competent court.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase at any time without notice.
